Welcome to Kungälv!
Welcome to VÃ¥ghals Tourist Centre, a historical building next to Bohus Fortress. In our building you will find the towns tourist office and a hostel/campsite with a conference establishment.
The hostel is open during the whole year for groups and companies (pre booking). We welcome single travellers from the 15th of April to 30th of September.
Kungälv is a small town, with a very interesting history, about 15 kilometres north of Gothenburg.
If you don´t have a car you can easily reach us with the busline "Grön Express". From the Central station in Gothenburg it takes ca 20 min to go to the nearest bus stop Eriksdal (ca 200 m from the hostel).
Opening hours
During the winter we have phone hours Monday- Friday from 9-12 am, phone no: +46 303 - 18900.
Check in according to agreement.
PEAKSEASON
The front desk is open daily at 9-12 am and 3-7 pm. Check in between 3-6.30 pm
